1. Introduction and Agreement Summary
By accessing the mmk11 platform, registering an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have read and accepted all the terms in this agreement. This document is a legal agreement between mmk11 and the user (player) of the platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Age Restriction
Anyone who wants to use the mmk11 platform must be 21 or older. No person under 21 is permitted to register an account. If an account is found to have been opened with a false age, it will be closed and any remaining funds will be handled in accordance with the relevant policies on refunds.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each player is allowed to open one account only. If it is found that one person has opened multiple accounts, mmk11 may close all of those accounts and cancel any bonuses.
2.3 Accurate Information
The name, phone number, and payment information provided when registering an account must be accurate and complete. If mmk11 finds that false information has been provided, it will be investigated and acted upon.
To keep your account secure, do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact customer support immediately.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policies
3.1 Deposit Methods
Payment methods available at mmk11 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Deposits must be made in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) only, and the minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10–45 minutes of the request. Please note that accounts may go through security checks before a withdrawal is completed, which can add to the processing time — this is not a rejection.
3.3 Currency Conversion
All payments are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only. Deposits in foreign currencies will not be accepted.
3.4 Payment Security
All payments on mmk11 are protected with SSL encryption, and players' financial information is never shared with third parties.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
mmk11 offers a 120% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to 500,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 44,000 Ks.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example — if you receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 240,000 Ks before withdrawing any bonus winnings. The maximum bonus is 500,000 Ks — deposit 840,000 Ks and you will receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, with a wagering requirement of 5,000,000 Ks.
4.3 Bonus Cancellation
If a player is found to have violated these terms, mmk11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Bonus abuse — playing in a way designed to exploit bonuses — is strictly prohibited and will result in loss of bonus eligibility.
4.4 Referral Promotion
Under the mmk11 referral program, the referrer receives 5% of the referred player's first deposit as a bonus (up to 30,000 Ks per person), and continues to earn 0.1% of the referred players' valid wagers as a weekly commission.
Please note that if a player is found to have violated bonus terms, their bonuses may be cancelled and their account may be reviewed.
5. VIP Levels and Cashback Policy
mmk11 has 5 VIP levels. Players move up the levels based on their play patterns and deposit/withdrawal volume. Each level comes with the following weekly cashback—
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
Cashback amounts will be credited to the player's account during the period set by mmk11. Cashback cannot be combined with other bonuses. Wagering requirements for cashback will be announced separately by mmk11.
6. Fair Play Policy
6.1 Prohibited Conduct
Players on the mmk11 platform must never engage in the following—
- Installing or using software, bots, or any auto-play tools
- Using a VPN or proxy to hide your location
- Exploiting bonuses through bonus abuse or collusion
- Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
- Renting or selling your account to a third party
6.2 Outcomes
mmk11's games operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, meaning all results come from unpredictable numerical events and fairness is the priority.
7. Responsible Gaming Policy
mmk11 puts players' wellbeing and financial safety first. Players should keep in mind that gaming is for entertainment and is not a way to earn income.

mmk11 may suspend any player's account with prior notice, or immediately if this agreement is violated. mmk11 is not responsible for any losses resulting from such suspension.
8.2 Restricted Account Funds
Fund amounts may be temporarily frozen if income is under review due to bonus abuse, money laundering, or fraudulent play.
8.3 Company Liability
Players must understand that while the mmk11 platform will make every effort, its liability is limited for losses caused by technical errors, server issues, or failures by third-party service providers.
9. Privacy Protection

10. Terms Changes and Communication
